Procedimiento

  • Pon unas hojas de col en la olla con agua y hiérvelas durante 10 minutos.
  • Exprime el zumo de naranja y de limón en vasos diferentes.
  • Introduce una pequeña cantidad de uno de los productos en un tubo de ensayo. Hazlo con todos los productos.
  • Añade una pipeta de zumo de lombarda a cada tubo y mézclalo bien.
  • Observa cómo aparecen los colores.
  • Ordena los vasos según la escala de pH, es decir, agrupamos todos los rojizos (ácidos), los morados (neutros) y los azulados (bases).
