Dr. Tsuyoshi Hyakutake

Postdoctoral Researcher

Tsuyoshi was born in Nagasaki, Japan. He received his Ph.D. from Waseda University in 2008. Since 2009, he has been working at Public Works Research Institute (Japan), where he dealt with luminescent or structural colored sensor materials for crack or strain. In September 2014, he joined the Urakawa group as a visiting researcher. His research interest is focused on investigation on fundamental aspects of carbon dioxide fixation reactions and surface processes through spectroscopic and theoretical methods to apply them to civil engineering materials and structures.
