Dr. Zhong Liu

Postdoctoral Researcher

Liu received his MSc degree in 2017 from Lanzhou University, China. As a MSc. student, he worked on catalytic C-H activation reactions with Prof. Shang-Dong Yang. Then, he moved to Nankai University to start his doctoral research under the supervision of Prof. Xiao-Chen Wang. His PhD research mainly involved the development of Lewis acid-catalyzed C-F bond and C-H bond functionalization.
