Dr. Miquel Garcia

Postdoctoral Researcher

Miquel got his Ph.D. (specialty in Physics) from Universitat Rovira i Virgili in 2011. When he joined the group he worked on the project funded by the European Research Council “Bio2chem-d: Biomass to chemicals: Catalysis design from first principles for a sustainable chemical industry” (ERC Starting Grant). After that Miquel worked on a MINECO-funded project and his studies focused on implicit solvent methods and their development and implementation in DFT methods.
