Giacomo Filippini
PhD Student
Giacomo was born in Fossombrone, Italy. He studied Chemistry at the University of Bologna (Professor Paolo Righi) where he graduated in 2013. He joined the Melchiorre group in November 2013. Giacomo will apply aminocatalysis to design vinylogous asymmetric transformations. In his free time, he likes to play football and go fishing.
