Shikha Dhakar

Shikha’s doctoral research focused on the electrocatalysis application in different domains, including assisted OER process, CO2 electroreduction process, methanol-assisted OER and mechanistic investigation on metal support interaction. Her training during PhD has made her proficient in the development of catalysts via the Sol-gel method, Spin coating method, Solution combustion method, Impregnation method and techniques including Gas Chromatography, Electrocatalysis, Photo electrocatalysis, RRDE technique, Mass spectroscopy, NMR, Multipurpose XRD, AFM, SEM and TEM. She has developed a fundamental understanding of the electrocatalysis process, which her publication and ongoing projects can vouch for. She is also well-versed in gas-solid high-temperature reactions.
