Alejandro studied his Bachelor Degree and his Master’s Degree (during which he was granted a collaboration grant) in the University of Valencia. After ending his Master’s Degree he started working in the same group for more than a year as a research technician, allowing him to work in various types of research projects, one of which consisted in the synthesis of fluorinated 2,4-dihydropyrimidin(thio)ones in a diastereoselective fashion, using a novel reaction path. After that, he started working in Eurofins Villapharma as a research associate, synthesizing new types of potential bioactive molecules for an external client.
