Project description

The group develops its research in the field of redox catalysis using transition metal complexes. We are interested in the oxidation and reduction of both organic and inorganic substrates, and mainly those that are of technological interest and of relevance for the preparation of sustainable solar fuels.

The overall objective is to understand the various factors affecting catalyst efficiency and selectivity with special attention to the transition metal and its electrical structure.
