On January 11, 2024, the PHOTORED project organized a meeting in Tomelloso, Spain, marking the two-year milestone since the project started
The event was hosted by the Instituto Tecnológico de Castilla-La Mancha (ITECAM) and brought together key stakeholders and consortium partners. The meeting served as a significant forum for participants to delve into discussions surrounding the project’s latest results and to strategize for future actions.
The meeting kicked off with a welcome from the hosting partner, ITECAM. The heart of the meeting revolved around the discussion and explanation of the recent developments of all four work packages (WP): WP1: Green Deal Target Molecules, WP2: Synthesis/Characterization of Photocatalysts for CO2 Hydrogenation, WP3: Analysis/Evaluation of Developed Photocatalysts, WP4: Pilot Plant – Portable Photocatalytic Prototype.
In the latter part of the meeting, project partners collectively outlined the work plan for the upcoming months (M24-M36), detailing specific actions, deliverables, and milestones until the end of the project. The comprehensive plan aims to ensure seamless collaboration among partners and sustained progress towards project goals.
Finally, the meeting concluded with a guided tour of ITECAM’s facilities, offering a closer look at the “Escuela de Oficios” and the main headquarters of this organization.
