Nora Planas, PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Antoni Llobet, defended her PhD Thesis entitled Ruthenium Polypyridyl Complexes Relevant to the Catalytic Processes in Artificial Photosynthesis (assigned to the Analytical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry Department of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili) publicly on May 3rd, at the ICIQ auditorium.The members of his evaluation committee were: Prof. Carmen Claver (Universitat Rovira i Virgili), Prof. Montserrat Rodríguez Pizarro (Universitat de Girona), Prof. Ana Carmen Albéniz (Universidad de Valladolid), Prof. Lluís Escriche (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) and Prof. Beatriz Royo (ITQB, Portugal).
