Tamás Vermes, PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Miquel A. Pericàs, has defended his PhD thesis entitled “Establishment of a fully automatized microfluidic platform for the screening and characterization of novel Hepatitis B virus capsid assembly modulators” (assigned to the Organic and Analytical Chemistry Department of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili) publicly on March 10th.
The members of the evaluation committee were: Dr. Eduard Torrents Serra (Institut Català de Bioenginyeria, IBEC), Dr. Gisela Colet (ICIQ), and Dr. Andrea Csáki (Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology).
