Joaquín Soriano, PhD student under the supervision of Prof. José Ramón Galán-Mascarós (ICIQ) and Prof. Josep Maria Poblet (URV), has defended his PhD Thesis entitled “High Nuclearity Polyoxometalates as Water Oxidation Catalysts: From Experiments to Theory” (assigned to the Science and Chemical Technology PhD programme of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili) publicly on March 31st at the ICIQ auditorium.

The members of his evaluation committee were: Prof. Carles Bo (ICIQ), Prof. Anna Proust (Institut Parisien de Chimie Moléculaire (IPCM), Université Pierre et Marie Curie) and Prof. James D. Blakemore (University of Kansas).
