The International Organic Chemistry Foundation was created by the Emeritus Professor of Kyoto University Zen-ichi Yoshida.

This Foundation awards scientists with a lectureship (IOCF Lectureship) in recognition of their outstanding contributions to organic chemistry.

Miquel A Pericàs had the honour to be the first awardee of the IOCF Lectureship. He visited Kyoto University and Osaka University to give his talk of the Asymmetric Catalysis with Supported Systems: Towards the Development of Continuous Flow Precesses.
