Two ICIQers have seen their work recognized during the Bienal meeting organized by the Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry (RSEQ) in Granada, from 27-30 June 2022.
Carlota Odena, PhD student in the Martin group, won one of the four awards for best flash presentation at the symposium “New Frontiers in Organometallic Chemistry” for her work entitled “Ni(I)-Alkyl Complexes Bearing Phenanthroline Ligands: Experimental Evidence for CO2 Insertion at Ni(I) Centers.”
Moreover, Lucía Moran, PhD student in the Maseras group, also won a flash talk prize for her presentation “Accurate Energetic-Based Descriptors for Nucleophiles” at the “Computers in Chemistry” symposium.
