Prof. Dr. Javier Pérez-Ramírez

Sobre nosotros

El Prof. Pérez-Ramírez nació en Benidorm, España, en 1974. Estudió Ingeniería Química en la Universidad de Alicante, España, (1997) y se doctoró con los Profs. Moulijn y Kapteijn en TUDelft, Países Bajos (2002). Después pasó a la industria (2002-2005), ocupando varios puestos de investigación en Norsk Hydro y Yara International en Porsgrunn (Noruega). Volvió al mundo académico como profesor de investigación ICREA y jefe de grupo en el ICIQ de Tarragona (España) (2005-2009). En 2010, asumió el cargo de profesor titular en la ETH de Zúrich.

El Prof. Pérez-Ramírez investiga la ciencia y la ingeniería de la catálisis heterogénea para diseñar procesos sostenibles y ecoeficientes.
