Congratulations, Dr. Llorens!

Lluis Llorens, PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Miquel Pericàs (ICIQ), has defended his PhD Thesis entitled “Preparation of Cucurbiturils (Cbs) Immobilized on Iron Oxide Magnetic Nanoparticles (Mnps) for Application in Selective Complexation and Catalysis” (assigned to the Department of Inorganic and Organic Chemistry of the Universitat de Barcelona) publicly on October 28th at theAula Magna Enric Casassas of UB’s Faculty of Chemistry.

The members of the examining committee were: Prof. Antoni Riera (Universitat de Barcelona), Prof. Pablo Ballester (ICIQ) and Prof. Thomas Carell (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München).
