    Podríem haver fet l'experiment amb algun altre aliment? Quina triaríeu?

Procediment

  • Posar unes fulles de col a l’olla amb aigua i bullir-les durant 10 minuts.
  • Premeu el suc de taronja i llimona en diferents gots.
  • Introduïu una petita quantitat d’un dels productes en un tub d’assaig. Fes-ho amb tots els productes.
  • Afegiu una pipeta de suc de col vermella a cada tub i barregeu-ho bé.
  • Observa com apareixen els colors.
  • Disposem els gots segons l’escala de pH, és a dir, agrupem tots els vermellosos (àcids), els morats (neutres), i els blavosos (bases).
