Site-Selective Insertions across C=C Bonds

In this lecture several transition metal-catalyzed reactions will be presented and the importance of controlling site-selectivity of insertion of reactive intermediates across C=C bonds will be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on all aspects of selective catalysis for a series of isomerization reactions and for the borylation of conjugated dienes.
