Abstract

The presentation discusses Bayer Pharma’s partnering models and illustrates our recent efforts with examples. Along with strategic partnerships and crowd-sourcing efforts we have been very active in consortia recently. The European Lead Factory will serve as an example for illustrating collaborations involving multiple partners.
