Molecular and Catalyst Design for Recognition and Activation of Small Molecules

As a consequence of the increased consumption of fossil fuels new catalytic methods based on general, abundant and renewable feedstocks are needed. Small molecules, such as CO2 and H2O are emitted as industrial wastes on a massive scale, which makes their accessibility unlimited to construct more complex compounds
