Abstract
The control of conformational and constitutional dynamics in supramolecular polymers and self-assemblies opens a series of very intriguing possibilities for the design of new functional materials. The behavior of such dynamic materials is by essence more complex than the one produced by their static counterparts and as such, they hold higher potentialities in terms of information processing and functionality tuning. We will discuss some of our works focusing on photo- and electroactive tirarylamine-based supramolecular polymers, and on equilibrium and non-equilibrium polymer-motor conjugates.
