The selection of candidates for the 2013 ICIQ Summer Fellowships has been equally challenging this year.
We have received nearly 90 applications, all of them of a very high quality.
We are delighted to announce that the candidates awarded with one of those fellowships this year are (in no particular order):
- Luis Escobar González(Universidad de Castilla La Mancha):He will work with Pau Ballester’s team .
- María Elena de Orbe Izquierdo (Universidad Complutense de Madrid):She will work under Antonio M. Echavarren supervision .
- Leire de Juan Fernández ( Universidad de Salamanca ): She will work with Arjan W. Kleij’s research group .
- Peter Whiting ( University of Oxford ): He will work with Núria López and her team.
- Edyta Rynkowska ( Nicolaus Copernicus University ), working with Antoni Llobet research group .
- Madalina Mihai ( University of Birmingham ): She will join Miquel à. Pericàs’ team .
- Tachmajal Marie Corrales Sanchez ( Massachusetts Institute of Technology ): She will work with Atsushi Urakawa’s team .
- Sara Cuadros Huertas ( Universidad de Alicante ): She will work under Feliu Maseras supervision .
- Patrícia Fernández ( Universidad de Oviedo ): She will join Kilian Muñiz research group .
- Marino Börjesson ( Universidad de Granada ): He will work with Anton Vidal and his team.
