Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Sharma
Dr. Sharma got his PhD form the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay (Mumbai, India) in 2014. In 2015 he joined Prof. Keiji Morokuma’s group in the Fukui Institute for Fundamental Chemistry, Kyoto
University (Japan) as a Post-Doctoral Fellow.
He joined Prof. Maseras’ group in March 2021 with a Beatriu de Pinós grant and is carrying out computational studies on different photoactivation processes involved in organocatalysis and transition metal catalysis.
