Prof. Ruben Martin has been interviewed in a news report on young and talented scientists in Catalonia. The report, entitled ‘Científicos de Champions’, was published yesterday on El Periódico.

Ruben joined ICIQ as a group leader in September 2008 and in October 2013 he became ICREA Research Professor. His current research interests concern the discovery of new catalytic methods for the synthesis of relevant molecules through the activation of inert entities. In 2011 he received an ERC Starting Grant for the project ‘Chasing a Fundamental Challenge in Catalysis: A Combined Cleavage of Molecules’.
