The Ir‐catalyzed C(sp 3 )–H alkynylation of aliphatic ketones, aldehydes, and alcohols has be performed in a general manner through their corresponding oxime derivatives. The reaction is selective towards primary C(sp 3 )–H bonds and can be used for the late‐stage C‐H alkynylation of complex molecules.
