ICIQ participates in BASE3D meeting

22nd December 2021 – On 22 December 2021, the General Assembly for the project BASE3D took place. BASE3D is an aggrupation of Catalan institutions dedicated to innovation in additive manufacturing (3D-printing). ICIQ is collaborating in this association through CSOL, and has prepared reactive monomers as components of new photo-polymerizable resins to be used in DLP 3D-printer with visible light. The cured polymers will provide biocompatible and biodegradable materials that can be used in biomedical applications. This project is co-funded by EFDR (Programa Operatiu FEDER de Catalunya 2014-2020) and ”la Caixa” Foundation.
