Sander J. Wezenberg, PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Arjan Kleij, defended his PhD Thesis entitled Exploring Metallosalen Complexes in Materials Science and Catalysis (assigned to the Analytical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry Department of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili) publicly on July 1st at the ICIQ auditorium.The members of his evaluation committee were: Prof. Javier de Mendoza (ICIQ), Prof. Miquel Costas (Universitat de Girona), Dr. Roberto Quesada (Universidad de Burgos), Prof. Anton Vidal (ICIQ) and Dr. Johannes A.A.W. Elemans (Radboud University, Nijmegen).
