ICIQ uses the Solvent Purification System

By using this SPS equipment, the researchers can obtain anhydride solvents avoiding distillations, which used to be the source of many accidents and fire in the laboratories. This is another step to make the ICIQ a safer working place. The SPS produces six of the most common solvents, using water and oxygen absorption under nitrogen atmosphere.
