Abstract

Difunctionalization alkenes presents one of the most powerful methods to synthesize various vicinal difunctionalized products. Our efforts were focused on the transition metal-catalyzed difunctionalization of alkenes, in which high-valent metal intermediate was involved to generate various of chemical bonds. In this talk, I will presented our research journey from intramolecular reaction to intermolecular reaction of alkenes, from reacemic reaction to enantioselective transformation, and some related studies in fluorine chemistry.
