The Institute of Catalan Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) reaffirms its commitment to establishing and implementing policies that promote equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, avoiding direct or indirect discrimination based on gender.

ICIQ undertakes to actively promote measures aimed at achieving effective equal opportunities between women and men, considering it a fundamental strategic principle of our Corporate and Personnel Policy. This commitment is governed by the definition established by Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for effective equality between women and men.
